Hindi Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and confident Hindi Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain products or services to customers, and maintain good customer relationships. The candidate should have strong communication skills in Hindi and basic computer knowledge. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹12,000 - ₹17,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally

• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers

• Maintain customer database and call records

• Resolve customer queries and complaints politely

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

• Coordinate with sales or support teams when required

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi

• Basic understanding of English is a plus

• Good convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email)

• Positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
