Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products and services clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Freshers to 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or inside sales.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
