In this role, you are primarily the "voice" of the real estate agency. Your daily tasks typically include:

Lead Generation: Calling prospective clients to introduce property projects and identify those interested in buying or renting.

Appointment Setting: Convincing interested leads to visit the property site for a viewing.

Client Management: Maintaining a database in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system by logging call outcomes, follow-up dates, and client requirements.

Product Knowledge: Clearly explaining project details (location, amenities, pricing, payment plans) to answer client queries.

Follow-ups: Keeping in touch with previous leads to nurture them until they are ready to make a decision.
