We are looking for a Hindi Telecaller to join our team. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹12000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls with potential and existing customers

• Explain company products and services clearly and confidently

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively

• Follow up with interested customers to close sales

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities

• Assist customers with order confirmation and payment-related queries

• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
