Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Hindi Recruiter to support our recruitment activities. The candidate should be fluent in Hindi and possess basic English communication skills. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.

• Conduct telephonic interviews and preliminary candidate assessments.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, joining formalities, and documentation.

• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.

• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.

Required Skills

• Fluency in Hindi (Mandatory).

• Basic English communication skills.

• Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to work under deadlines and achieve recruitment targets.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Diploma Holder.

• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Prior recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
