Job description:

Job Title: Telecaller (Fundraising & Donor Relations)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to call donors, share our mission, and collect financial contributions. This role offers a fixed base salary with high daily and monthly performance bonuses.

Your Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing and potential donors.
Explain our cause and request financial donations.
Achieve daily and weekly collection targets.
Follow up on promised payments and update donor records.

What We Look For

Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong handling of rejections with a positive attitude.
Fluency in [Insert Language, e.g., Marathi / Hindi].
Freshers and experienced sales profiles are both welcome.

Salary & Perks

Fixed Salary: [Insert Low Base, e.g., ₹10,000 - ₹15,000] / month.
