We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Domestic Calling & Field Sales Executive who can generate leads, meet potential customers, explain our software solutions, and convert prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses across India.

• Generate and qualify leads through calling, online research, references, and field visits.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

• Explain NextechCraft's software, CRM, and IT solutions to prospective customers.

• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers.

• Visit prospective clients when required and present suitable software solutions.

• Follow up regularly with leads and potential customers.

• Arrange software demos and coordinate with the technical team.

• Convert qualified leads into customers.

• Maintain proper records of leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups, and sales.

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Meet assigned lead-generation and calling targets.

• Handle customer queries and sales objections professionally.

• Coordinate with the management and technical team throughout the sales process.

Skills Required

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Good Hindi and English communication.

• Confident in making outbound calls and meeting customers.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Good lead-generation and prospecting abilities.

• Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.

• Ability to handle sales objections.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.

• Basic knowledge of computers, software, CRM, or IT solutions.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a sales team.

Experience

Candidates with experience in IT software sales, telecalling, field sales, B2B sales, inside sales, business development, or lead generation will be preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills, confidence, and a strong interest in sales can also apply.

Target-Based Role

This is a target-oriented sales position. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Generating quality leads

• Making regular calls and follow-ups

• Scheduling client meetings and software demos

• Conducting field visits when required

• Converting prospects into customers

• Achieving monthly sales targets

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
