Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel students on course and program options based on their interests, abilities, and career goals.

• Assist students with the college/university admissions process, including application forms, documentation, and interview preparation.

• Provide information on academic programs.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions to help students make informed educational choices.

• Stay updated with educational trends, admission criteria, and institutional policies.

• Meet or exceed counseling and enrollment targets as set by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Any Graduate.

• Proven experience as an academic or education counselor, preferably in a IT Institutes, School or Colleges.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Empathetic, approachable, and student-focused personality.
