Responsibilities:

- Guide students and parents on course selection, career paths, and academic planning

- Provide info on programs, fees, admission processes, and eligibility criteria

- Address queries via phone, email, or chat

- Build relationships with students, parents, and schools

- Collaborate with teams to improve student outcomes

- Meet counseling and conversion targets

Experience:

- Min 6 months of experience in education counseling or sales

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
