Education Counsellor

This is from Ishvi Technologies. We currently have openings in our company for Telesales Executive role.

Job Description:

1) 1 lakh thousand + Downloads of our latest version which was launched in August 2021.

2) We have listed more than 50 thousand + Universities and Program combinations.

3) Our admission process is transparent and completely free of cost till Visa guidance.

5) Our AI-based tool will advise the student on the selection of the Universities by going through all critical parameters which are essential for informed decision-making.

6) Our Bot takes care of application filling with zero errors and University admission status live updates from the University websites on a real-time basis.

7) Our student community is built and managed by aspiring students of the university

JD_Counsellor:

1) Onboarding Students after Downloading the Free Study Abroad App. (All our Services are Free)

2) Shortlisting Universities through App

3) Follow Up with Universities / Partners for Offers

4) Follow Up with Students for Application fees, Deposits as per the terms of admission offer

5) Prepare students for VISA and follow up with the students till their enrollment at the Universities

6) Application Tagging & Agent Tagging of students

Roles & Responsibilities:

Onboard students through the Free Study Abroad App (all services are free).

Shortlist universities based on student profiles via the mobile app.

Regularly update all details in the CRM / Mobile App transparently.

Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and semester targets set by management.

Handle university applications, ensure timely submissions, and guide students with documentation, visa, loans, mock interviews, etc.

Follow up with universities/partners to secure offers.

Collect university deposits from students to confirm admissions.

Maintain accuracy, meet deadlines, and ensure timely communication.

Make 200–250 calls per day as part of daily operations.

Stay updated with admission processes, requirements, and developments in global education.

Ensure excellent customer service, handle student grievances, and convert telephonic leads and referrals.

Maintain confidentiality of student data and adhere to company policies.

Monthly Target – ACS / Agent Tagging:

1–3 months: 5 per day

4–6 months: 7 per day

7–12 months: 10 per day

Requirements:

1. Excellent oral & written communication skills in English

2. Excellent negotiation, convincing & Telesales skills

3. Willing to work in stretch timings

4. Work with an entrepreneurial mindset, accept the targets & achieve them within the deadline

5. Should have basic IT skills

6. Strictly comply & adhere to the SOP, CRM & mobile app
