We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Career Counsellor (Education Sales) who will guide students and parents in choosing the right IT career programs. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities and IT programs
Assess student interests, academic background, and career goals
Recommend suitable courses based on individual profiles
Conduct tele-counselling, walk-in counselling, and virtual counselling sessions
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email
Convert leads into confirmed admissions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and ensure regular updates
Track inquiry status, follow-up schedules, and conversion ratios
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead quality feedback
Explain course fees, payment structure, scholarships, and offers
Assist students with the admission process and documentation
Ensure timely collection of fees as per company policy
Maintain detailed counselling and admission records
Generate daily and weekly reports on lead status and conversions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents
Handle objections and resolve student queries effectively
Participate in promotional events, seminars, and education fairs if required
Support the team in achieving overall branch admission targets
