Education Counsellor

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Career Counsellor (Education Sales) who will guide students and parents in choosing the right IT career programs. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities and IT programs

• Assess student interests, academic background, and career goals

• Recommend suitable courses based on individual profiles

• Conduct tele-counselling, walk-in counselling, and virtual counselling sessions

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions

• Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email

• Convert leads into confirmed admissions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets

• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and ensure regular updates

• Track inquiry status, follow-up schedules, and conversion ratios

• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead quality feedback

• Explain course fees, payment structure, scholarships, and offers

• Assist students with the admission process and documentation

• Ensure timely collection of fees as per company policy

• Maintain detailed counselling and admission records

• Generate daily and weekly reports on lead status and conversions

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents

• Handle objections and resolve student queries effectively

• Participate in promotional events, seminars, and education fairs if required

• Support the team in achieving overall branch admission targets
