Job Description

Varsha Business Services is seeking an energetic and target-oriented Ecommerce Sales Executive responsible for driving online sales, increasing revenue, and expanding customer reach through ecommerce platforms and digital channels. This role is strictly focused on sales growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation—not operations.

Key Responsibilities

Generate sales through ecommerce platforms and online sales channels.
Identify new customers and business opportunities online.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote company products to customers via calls, chats, and online inquiries.
Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat sales.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales closure (no operational handling).
Track sales performance and prepare basic sales reports.
Suggest pricing, offers, and promotional ideas to boost sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and convincing ability.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of ecommerce and online selling concepts.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in sales, tele-sales, or ecommerce sales is preferred.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
