Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive – E-commerce, you will be responsible for:
Customer Engagement
● Handle customer inquiries from website, WhatsApp, calls, and social media
● Understand customer requirements and suggest the right Apple products
Online Sales & Conversions
● Convert online leads into successful sales
● Share product details, pricing, offers, and payment processes
● Assist customers throughout the buying journey
Product Expertise
● Explain features, benefits, and differences between Apple models
● Clearly communicate new vs refurbished product value and warranty!
Order Coordination
● Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, billing, and dispatch
● Ensure smooth post-sale communication with customers
Lead Management
● Maintain proper lead records and follow-up status
● Regularly update CRM or internal sales sheets
Reporting
● Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports
● Share customer feedback and insights with the team
