About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce manager to manage seller accounts and day-to-day operations across online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, catalog management, order monitoring, and maintaining account performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and JioMart.
Create, update, and optimize product listings and catalogs.
Monitor orders, inventory, pricing, and product information.
Handle listing errors, account issues, and marketplace-related queries.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Monitor account health, performance metrics, and marketplace notifications.
Ensure product details, images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate.
Prepare regular work reports and meet daily productivity targets.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and seller panels.
Good computer skills and working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn new tools, marketplace processes, and workflows.
Experience & Qualification
Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience in e-commerce operations..
Qualification: Graduate preferred; relevant skills and experience will also be considered.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base fix salary and performance-based Incentives.
Per month 1 Casual leave.
2nd Saturday will be half day.
