Job Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Handling incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages when necessary.
Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining a visitor log.
Administrative Support:
Maintaining records, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies at the front desk.
Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.
Customer Service:
Addressing visitor inquiries and providing necessary information.
Ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
Handling calls, converting the leads and report to the Department manager.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have their own vehicle (Bike).
