Tunwal E-Motors Limited is looking for a confident and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. Fluency in Hindi and proficiency in MS Excel are mandatory. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and dealers to promote our electric vehicle offerings.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries, provide product details, and resolve queries.

• Maintain and update records of customer interactions in MS Excel.

• Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates.

• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate EV models and dealership options.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies.

• Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and market insights.

Who Can Apply?
