Fluency in Hindi and proficiency in MS Excel are mandatory. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and dealers to promote our electric vehicle offerings.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries, provide product details, and resolve queries.

• Maintain and update records of customer interactions in MS Excel.

• Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates.

• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate EV models and dealership options.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies.

• Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and market insights.
