We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist customers by resolving their queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns effectively.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Maintain service quality standards and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
Prepare reports on customer interactions, complaints, and feedback.
Support customer retention by building positive customer relationships.
