Important Note
Candidates must be comfortable handling both customer calls and email support. They should be flexible to work across Voice and Non-Voice channels based on business requirements and should not restrict themselves to a single channel.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to the E-Wallet process through calls and emails.
Assist customers with refund-related queries, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.
Handle account cancellation requests and guide customers through the required process.
Provide appropriate account-related guidance and suggestions based on customer requirements.
Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Communicate professionally with customers in English and Hindi.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow defined process guidelines.
Maintain a positive customer experience while meeting quality and service standards.
Candidate Requirements
Prior customer support experience is mandatory.
Candidates with 1–4 months of relevant experience can also be considered.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable handling both Voice (Calls) and Non-Voice (Email) support.
Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to work across different channels as per process and business requirements.
Customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.
