JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

Job Designation: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Job Locations: Vadapalani, Chennai
Experience: 0 – 5years
Salary : 15k to 25k and Attractive Incentives (based on skills, Experience and based on interview performance salary negotiable)
Day shift. Shift timing 9.30 Am to 6.30 Pm
Key Role & responsibilities:
=>This position is primarily responsible for receiving / attending the outbound calls from existing customers to resolve their complaints & queries and give them the service against the banking products and services.
=> Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of Individual customers by providing them exceptional individualized customer service, thereby achieving targeted growth and service norms.
