Job Summary

Fab Floorings India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage customer queries and follow-ups efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Respond to customer queries related to products, orders, deliveries, and services.

• Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, logistics, and accounts, to resolve customer issues.

• Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, complaints, and service requests.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.

• Provide regular updates to customers regarding their requests and order status.

• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely follow-ups.

• Support the team in day-to-day customer service activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.

• Familiarity with WhatsApp and other customer communication tools.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
