🔹 Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice)

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days

Education: Graduate

Languages Required: English (Fluent) + Hindi/ Tamil/ kannada

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 CTC

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Promote the company’s product by providing accurate and complete information to customers.

Clearly explain product benefits to drive customer interest and conversions.

Resolve customer queries, concerns, and provide effective solutions.

Fix appointments with clients as required.

Provide timely reminders to clients regarding product details and follow-ups.

Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service during calls.

Strong communication and customer handling skills.
