Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Tele-calling & Front Office)
Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage both tele-calling and front office operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities
Tele-calling
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Explain spa services, packages, memberships, and ongoing offers.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Convert inquiries into appointments and memberships.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Front Office
Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.
Manage customer check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle billing, payment collection, and invoice generation.
Coordinate appointment schedules with therapists.
Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
Maintain reception cleanliness and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
Promote spa services, products, and membership plans.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good tele-calling and sales conversion abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Qualification
Any Graduate or Diploma.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, tele-calling, front office (spa/salon experience preferred)
