CreditMantri Finserve Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join its Voice Process team.

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, promoting financial products and services, following up on leads, and assisting customers with pending payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain financial products and services to customers.

• Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.

• Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.

• Remind customers about payment due dates.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Negotiate and assist customers with suitable payment solutions.

• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Comfortable handling outbound calls.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Experience in BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, Telecollection, or BFSI is preferred.
