Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales / Tele Collection to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, generating sales opportunities, following up on payments.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tele Sales:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain products/services, offers, pricing, and benefits clearly.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain daily call and sales records.

• Achieve assigned calling, lead conversion, and sales targets.

2. Tele Collection:

• Contact customers regarding pending or overdue payments.

• Follow up professionally with customers and remind them about payment due dates.

• Understand customer concerns related to payments and provide appropriate assistance.

• Maintain accurate records of collection calls and payment commitments.

• Follow company policies and procedures while handling collection activities.

• Achieve assigned collection and follow-up targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused and positive attitude.

• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.

• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.

• Hindi and English communication skills preferred; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.

• Freshers can apply.

• Previous experience in tele sales, telecalling, collections, customer support, or relationship management will be an advantage.

• Number of calls completed.

• Lead conversion and sales achieved.

• Collection/recovery achieved.

• Customer satisfaction.

• Follow-up effectiveness.

• Daily/monthly target achievement.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Confident and energetic while speaking with customers.

• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Patient and professional when handling customer objections or complaints.

• Willing to learn and grow within the organization.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹20,000.

• Other Benefits: PF / ESI.
