Cogent E-Services is hiring energetic and motivated Customer Support Executives for a premium banking voice process (Axis Bank). Candidates will handle inbound and outbound customer queries regarding banking products, accounts, and services, ensuring top-tier service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to resolve customer queries and service requests related to banking accounts and cards.

• Provide accurate and timely information on banking products, features, and service guidelines.

• Maintain high first-call resolution (FCR) and adhere to quality and compliance benchmarks.

• Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and ticket updates in the CRM system.

• Escalate complex or critical customer grievances to senior support teams as per standard operating procedures.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or any Graduate / Undergraduate.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (0 to 3 years of experience in BPO / Customer Care) are eligible.

• Languages Required: Fluent in Hindi and English (Regional language knowledge like Kannada is an added advantage).

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.

• Skills: Good verbal communication, active listening, basic computer/typing skills, and a customer-centric attitude.

• Documents Required: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account Proof.

Shift & Working Schedule

• Shifts: Rotational / Day Shifts

• Working Days: 6 Days working with 1 rotational week off

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Take-Home / CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on interview performance & experience)
