📌 Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Customer Service to lead and manage a customer service team, monitor performance, handle escalations, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Customer Service team.
Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and service levels.
Conduct coaching, team briefings, and performance feedback.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain MIS, reports, and performance trackers.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
🔹 Candidate Requirements
6–7 years of experience specifically in Customer Service.
1–2 years of Team Leader experience.
Customer Service experience is mandatory.
❌ Customer Support and Sales profiles will not be considered.
US Shift experience is mandatory.
Excellent and fluent English communication skills.
Strong career stability is preferred.
Candidates must be willing to work from Mumbai / Thane.
