CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE – UPVC / PREFAB DIVISION
Location: In and around Tambaram, Chennai
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 per month
Experience: Fresher / 1–2 years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Speak with customers and understand their requirements, enquiries and order status.
Coordinate with the Oragadam Unit for UPVC / Prefab customer orders.
Track orders from order confirmation to production, dispatch and delivery.
Follow up with the production, dispatch and sales teams for timely completion of orders.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
Handle customer queries, complaints and follow-ups professionally.
Coordinate with the Oragadam team to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain proper records of customer orders, follow-ups and delivery status.
Ensure timely communication between customers, sales team and the Oragadam unit.
Requirements:
Tamil – Must
Kannada – Added Advantage
Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Email.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Experience in UPVC / Prefab / Construction / Building Materials will be an advantage.
Candidates residing in and around Tambaram are preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 per month
