Key Responsibilities:
•Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
•Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
•Follow up with potential and existing clients to generate sales opportunities.
•Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
•Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve customer experience.
•Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

•Graduate or relevant experience preferred.
Experience:
0–1 years in sales or customer service (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
