Position: Client Relationship Executive
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive based in Hassan. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing client needs, and resolving any issues efficiently. Responsibilities include building strong business relationships, maintaining high levels of customer service, and acting as a liaison between the company and its clients to ensure smooth communication and positive experiences.
Qualifications :
Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage client expectations and ensure the delivery of superior service Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanour Prior experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Eligibility
Qualification : Any Degree / Diploma (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred). Experience : Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
