Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Onboarding Executive who will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and onboarding Beauticians and Makeup Artists onto the Hello Mam platform. The candidate will help expand the partner network and ensure a smooth onboarding process for service professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with Beauticians, Makeup Artists, and Salon Professionals.

• Reach out to potential partners through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and field visits.

• Explain the Hello Mam platform, services, and earning opportunities to partners.

• Assist partners with registration and onboarding on the application.

• Ensure proper profile setup and service details on the platform.

• Collect and verify required partner documents.

• Guide partners on how to use the application and manage bookings.

• Maintain good relationships with onboarded partners and encourage them to stay active on the platform.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate or any relevant qualification.

• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can also apply).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and WhatsApp communication.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
