Designation:- Customer Relationship Executive
Job type:- Full time, permanent, day shift
Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow (Native or permanent resident of Lucknow will prefer)
Job role and responsibilities:-
To make communication with our Associates.
Attending incoming & outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
Reminder Calls to our Associates regarding every month’s offers.
Finding out their problems and should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
Reporting to management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
Work experience, qualification and skills:-
FRESHER
MBA / PGDM in Marketing (other degrees are not require).
Fluent in English speaking.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and office.
Salary:- Rs.15,000 - 20,000/- per month + Incentives + benefits
Interview:-
Interview will held in Face to Face mode only in Lucknow Head Office in week days.
