Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, handle calling operations, follow up with clients, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling calls, and the ability to resolve customer queries professionally.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for inbound and outbound calling, lead follow-ups, customer support, coordination with internal departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Follow up with leads and existing customers regularly.

• Explain company services and resolve customer queries.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers for better engagement.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer support.

• Maintain customer records and update data in CRM/software.

• Handle complaints and provide proper resolutions.

• Generate leads through calling and customer interaction.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

• Maintain proper call reports and follow-up records.

• Ensure positive customer experience and satisfaction.

• Support sales and operational teams when required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Positive attitude and customer handling capability.

• Fluent in Hindi & basic English communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / BPO / CRE profile preferred.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
