Attracts potential customers by answering service questions and suggesting information about other services.
Serves customers by providing company service information and lead closings.
Opens customer accounts by recording Waitlist information.
Maintains customer records by updating detailed information.
Daily follow-up with the operational team & updating lead status.
Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
To Manage Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner
Identify customers requirements, clarify information and provide them with the resolution based on company policy
