We are looking for a Relationship Associate – Telesales to join our team at a Leading Insurance Company. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers In Hand Salary 21,000-24,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch insurance products
• Handle inbound customer queries efficiently
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualifications for this role are a Graduation and a fresher status. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 Working Days during the Shift Type, Day shift.
