About the Role
We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executives to join our Kolkata office. In this role, you will generate leads, connect with business owners, explain our product offerings, and drive conversions. You will play a crucial part in expanding our client base by converting free listings into paid and premium listings while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generate appointments for Marketing Executives by calling businesses with free listings.
Educate customers about Justdial’s products, services, and advertising benefits.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business promotion solutions.
Convert Free Listings into Paid and Premium Paid Listings.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during calls.
Candidate Profile
Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or Bengali.
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
Good negotiation and influencing skills.
Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
Willing to work 6 days a week (Work from Office – Kolkata).
