Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the Traya Voice Process. The role involves managing customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering a high-quality service experience in a structured and performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer calls professionally (inbound/outbound)
• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions
• Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems
• Follow quality standards, compliance, and process guidelines
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Meet daily productivity and performance targets (KPIs)
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates (Freshers can apply)
Non-Graduates with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English
• Proficiency in any ONE regional language (Kannada / Tamil
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Willingness to work from office (HSR Layout, Bengaluru)
