Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for Voice and Sales Processes. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, providing product/service information, and supporting sales activities while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

• Experience: 0–3 Years

• Age: 18–30 Years

• Languages Required:

  • English (Good Communication Skills)

  • Hindi (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Update customer interactions and maintain records accurately.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹23,000 per month

• Take-Home Salary: ₹22,500 per month + Incentives

• Training Period: 45 Days

• Training Stipend: ₹15,000
