Job Description: Sales Executive – Savings, Investment & Insurance

About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives for Savings, Investment Plans, Life Insurance, and Insurance Term Process. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and experienced sales/BPO professionals looking to build a career in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert sales for savings, investment, and insurance products.

Connect with customers through calls and explain product benefits.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.

Achieve individual sales targets and maintain quality standards.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Savings & Investment Plans

Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

HSC candidates with 1.5 years of BPO experience can apply.

Life Insurance Process

HSC with 2 years of experience, or

Graduate with 1 year of experience.

Sales/BPO experience preferred.

Insurance Term Process

HSC or Graduate.

Minimum 6 months of BPO, Sales, or Insurance experience.

Candidates pursuing current or future education are not eligible.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Sales and customer handling skills.

Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary

Salary will be offered based on communication skills, sales ability, and overall profile.

Level Salary Level 1₹14,000 – ₹16,000Level 2₹17,000 – ₹19,000Level 3₹20,001 – ₹22,000Level 4₹23,000 – ₹25,000

Maximum Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
