The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving customer queries, promoting products or services, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally.

• Assist customers with product or service-related queries.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

• Generate sales by explaining product features and benefits.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.

• Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.

• Follow company guidelines and quality standards while handling calls.

• Meet daily and monthly performance targets related to customer service and sales.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Customer-centric attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
