The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving customer queries, promoting products or services, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally.

• Assist customers with product or service-related queries.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

• Generate sales by explaining product features and benefits.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.

• Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.

• Follow company guidelines and quality standards while handling calls.

• Meet daily and monthly performance targets related to customer service and sales.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good verbal communication skills in English / Kannada / Tamil.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Customer-centric attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
