Job Summary:
Engage with potential customers via outbound calls
Promote and sell products/services
Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly in Telugu, Hindi, and English
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Maintain accurate customer information in CRM
Follow up with interested leads to close deals
Provide feedback to managers about customer requirements and challenges
Collaborate with the sales team for strategy and process improvements
Eligibility Criteria:
Age: Below 30 years
Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass); graduates preferred
Experience: Freshers with strong communication and persuasion skills eligible; experienced candidates considered based on previous CTC
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English
Persuasion, negotiation, and sales closing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
Target-driven with energetic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits:
First 3 months: ₹16,000 CTC (~₹12,000 in-hand)
From 4th month: ₹21,000 CTC (~₹17,000 in-hand)
Retention Bonus: ₹12,000 from 5th month onwards
Incentives: Performance-based, uncapped
