Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and good problem-solving abilities. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
