Role Overview
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to drive insurance sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves engaging potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and converting leads into policy sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads
Explain health insurance products and offerings clearly
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle inbound queries and convert them into sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Build and maintain customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales (insurance preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Basic understanding of insurance products is a plus
Comfortable with targets and a performance-driven environment
Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Excel, etc.)
