Job Description

Maverick Solutions Private Limited is hiring Customer Care Executives for an Australian Voice Process.

This is a target-based process, but NOT a sales job. The role involves speaking with customers, conducting surveys, collecting information, and maintaining proper communication as per the process requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally.

• Conduct surveys and collect required information.

• Communicate with customers in English.

• Achieve assigned process targets.

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

• Follow company guidelines and process requirements.

Salary

Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 in hand
Experienced: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 in hand

No PF/ESI deductions
No performance-based salary deductions

Incentives & Documents

After successfully completing the 2-month probation period, employees will be eligible for incentives based on:

• Performance

• Target achievement

• Regularity/attendance

Shift Timing

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Saturday: Half Day
Sunday: Fixed Off
