Customer Care Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecalling Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our legal and financial services, and generating leads.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain company services and offerings clearly

• Generate and qualify leads

• Maintain a database of customer interactions

• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into business opportunities

• Handle customer queries professionally

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets

✅ Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to convince and negotiate

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support (optional for freshers)
