About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive “Customer Service Admin” to be the backbone of our corporate fitness center operations. The core focus of this role is to analyze member data, maintain 100% accurate records, and ensure smooth front desk operations in a professional corporate environment.

You will be the first point of contact for members and the key person responsible for reporting, data integrity, and daily operational tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Management

- Analyze member usage data, trends, and engagement to provide actionable insights to management.

- Maintain and update all fitness center databases and reports accurately and on time.

- Track membership metrics, footfall, class utilization, and feedback data.

- Generate monthly/quarterly reports to support decision making.

2. Front Desk & Daily Operations

- Manage front desk operations with a professional and presentable demeanor.

- Update Data Sheet, Flash Report, and DCR on a daily basis without fail.

- Handle member check-ins, queries, and service requests in a courteous manner.

- Coordinate with trainers and facility teams to ensure seamless operations.

3. Reporting & Excel Proficiency

- Build and maintain trackers using advanced Microsoft Excel.

- Must be proficient in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas for data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.

- Create dashboards and automated reports to reduce manual effort and errors.

4. Communication & Professionalism

- Communicate effectively with corporate clients, members, and internal stakeholders.

- Maintain a professional, presentable appearance aligned with corporate standards.

- Be proactive in identifying data gaps, process improvements, and member experience issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience: 3-5 years in Admin, Customer Service, or Data role. Fitness/gym experience preferred but not mandatory.

- Technical Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel – VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index-Match, and complex formulas.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

- Core Competencies:

- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a corporate setup.

- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

- Professional grooming and presentable personality for front desk interaction.
