Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate and convert leads

Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
Ensure proper documentation and smooth policy issuance

The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
