Job Title: Team Leader – Credit Card

Experience Required: 1 – 2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Credit Card to manage and guide a sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in credit card sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage a team of credit card sales executives
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Train, motivate, and guide team members
- Ensure quality sales and compliance with company policies
- Maintain daily reports and MIS
- Coordinate with management for performance improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in credit card sales
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of credit card products and processes
