The Job Assured Counsellor is responsible for lead generation, student counselling, and admissions for job-assured programs. The role involves engaging with potential candidates, explaining program benefits, and guiding them through the enrolment and placement process to ensure successful conversions.
Generate leads through cold calling, social media, references, and webinars.
Call and counsel prospective students about job-assured programs (e.g., banking, finance, digital, etc.).
Explain program structure, eligibility, fees, placement support, and career growth opportunities.
Follow up with interested candidates to ensure timely admission and payment completion.
Maintain accurate data and daily reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal team for application processing, scheduling interviews, and enabling payment links.
Participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, and webinars for lead generation.
Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets every month.
Excellent communication and counselling skills
Strong follow-up and persuasion ability
Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM tools
Confidence in phone-based and face-to-face interaction
Goal-oriented and proactive attitude
