Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory & Representation: Provide legal guidance, counseling, and representation to individuals or corporate clients on diverse matters such as civil litigation, dispute resolution, or corporate transactions.

• Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including service agreements, sales contracts, partnership terms, and compliance policies

• Legal Research & Risk Management: Conduct deep legal research on statutes, case law, and regulatory developments to identify and mitigate institutional or client risks.

• Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Coordinate or handle court filings, arbitrations, settlements, and liaise with external counsel or regulatory authorities when formal disputes arise

• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor adherence to local, national, and international laws (such as data protection, employment, or industry-specific regulations)

• Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB / LLM in India) or a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school internationally.

  • Licensing: Active bar admission or professional license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • Experience: Varies from entry-level research positions to 8–12+ years of senior advisory or in-house/firm practice.

  • Core Skills: Strong analytical thinking, precise contract drafting, negotiation abilities, and high-stress client management
